You certainly have noticed it already: All mails from lists.gnu.org are currently delivered with a delay of 12 and more hours -- and it seems to get worse from day to day.
I'm sure you are already working on it, but please post an explanation of the reasons to http://savannah.gnu.org so that we can calm down our readers and developers...
