Regarding the psppire module of the pspp project.
We recently moved the entire psppire module into the (main) pspp module. So
we don't want any code to be inadvertently committed to the psppire module.
Since you do not allow projects' CVSROOT/ directories to be modified any
longer, can you fix the commitinfo file such that attempts to change files
within the psppire module will result in an error message and abort.
