It doesn't seem to be working.
I did not receive the notification of the mailing list creation, and I am
unable to subscribe to the mailing list. It seems that there is a problem
with mail coming out from the list server, I also received no notification
when I attempted to subscribe to the savannah-announce list and the gnu-prog
list.
Also, I made a commit yesterday, and the archives are still empty. Perhaps
this occured because there are no subscribers?
