Hi Michael,
there is no problem to download all files with wget, *.tgz.sig or other
*.sig but,
for the files *.tgz.sig, i have always the announced message when i click in
the page on these names, and i have no problem with others servers apache.
I think for a mimetypes's definition on the apache server.
