Follow-up Comment #2, sr #105300 (project administration):
According to our project administrator, this allows the opposite of what we
want to do. What we're wanting to do is have our CVS mirrored from a remote
site to here.
The way we read the project page, we can use read-only rsync to backup the
CVS. We want to have the master CVS archive somewhere else and copy it TO
savannah where people could access it anonymously.
