Follow-up Comment #1:
Savannah has changed its model on how GNU Arch archives are setup.
A directory for the archives is now automatically created.
To create an archive, simply use the tla make-archive command.
ex:
tla make-archive --listing -t [EMAIL PROTECTED]
sftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/archives/erc/yourarchivename
