Afaics that works by applying a lidesc-specific stamp to each file, which
does not replace our standard copyright&license notices, so I doubt it can be
used to auto-check the licensing of an arbitrary project.
Anyway, as far as I am concerned I do not wish to spend time on this at the
moment.
