Hi,
Last time this was brought to the Savane team, the answer was no, because
your browser language should reflect your desktop environment, which you
should also be able to seamlessly change (LANG=C program...).
I mean that currently the Savane team is not willing to work on it.
However I think sending a patch to project Savane has decent chances to get
included (http://gna.org/p/savane) :)
