Details:

Hi,

I tried to upload some files to savannah ftp (osx and ubuntu versions of
gnujump) but I got a "Requested action not permitted."

Then, I decided to start using ftp.gnu.org, I sent the registration file,
created the directive files and tried to upload, but I got the same message.

I have tried with both ncftpput and lftp.
