Details:
The "Get Support" link takes you to a *browse* page of recent support
requests. I could find no link or button for creating a new request. I had
to mouse over the "Support" header at the top of the page to see a menu with
the "Submit" entry.
I'm running Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0/8 on Fedora Core 6.
