This was an error, it was a non-gnu.

Follow-up Comment #9, task #6188 (project administration):
As stated in the original submission the phpGroupWare project does not
endorse of support this project. This has been registered as a GNU package.
As it is not an official version of phpGroupWare it's GNU package status
should not carry over to the new project. Please correct me if I am wrong.
