Hi,
We use log_accum to send commit notifications, and currently it cannot filter
by tag creation. We do use the latest version from
http://cvs.sv.gnu.org/viewcvs/cvs/ccvs/contrib/log_accum.pl?rev=1.55&view=markup
so feel free to contribute this feature if you need it.
