[Savannah-help-public] savannah hosed?

savannah is still pingable, but refuses ssh, http, git connections.
Can anyone here deal with this:

  $ ssh sv.gnu.org
  ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
  [Exit 255]
