Details:
Can you ask the FSF sysadmin to add the appropriate SPF record to the
savannah.gnu.org domain, so that mail generated by trackers gets passed by my
filter.
While they're doing that, they might as well do sv.gnu.org too. Presumably
the latter never sends mail so it should have -all.
