Details:
I was trying to change my email address. I received the verification email.
But the link in it (hash is munged):
https://savannah.gnu.org/my/admin/change.php?item=email&update=1&confirm_hash=bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb&step=confirm
did not work. I received these PHP errrors:
