Hello Alexey,
First of all I would like to let you know that I am sorry for the huge delay
you have been facing.
Now about recovering the password: Real "recovery" cannot be done, however,
you can reset the administrative password using your project's mailing list
administration page over at
https://savannah.nongnu.org/mail/admin/?group=mpfrcpp.
There is a checkbox at the bottom of the form for every mailing list, which
when checked will cause a reset of your mailing list admin password after you
submit the form.
Please note that resetting itself can take up to an hour, as the actual reset
is done using a cronjob which runs hourly.
If there is anything else that's unclear for you feel free to file another
support request.
