Hi,
I tested again, it is worst than before :(
Now ALL fields are reset if only one required field is missing.
To try:
1. go to savannah as anonymous
2. open a new bug in a bug tracker
3. fill some fields (but not all required fields)
4. error message, and ALL fields are reset to empty value
FYI, my browser language is set to french.
After writing long bug report, I'm frustrated, I have to write bug report
again...
