could we perhaps draw the analogy there, and send unauthenticated posts
(stemming not from logged-in users) through some moderation system à la GNU
listmanager?
Certain is, that the spam problem has to be considered, as there are already
people only registering account on Savannah for submitting spam messages.
The technical difficulties aside, I completely support this request, but also
have no idea how to implement it, and no time to investigate.
