Hi,
For the past couple of days, I have been unable to access
the raw Emacs repository by rsync, as described at:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=485
rsync -n rsync://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/sources/emacs
rsync: failed to connect to cvs.savannah.gnu.org: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107)
[receiver=2.6.8]
