When adding the new backup I make a mistake somewhere in the remount points
(nothing was restored from this, fortunately),they all pointed to the
incomplete one.
Should be fixed now:
$ rsync -r rsync://cvs.sv.gnu.org/sources/backup-20090429/make/| wc -l
336
$ rsync -r rsync://cvs.sv.gnu.org/sources/backup-20090527/make/| wc -l
337
$ rsync -r rsync://cvs.sv.gnu.org/sources/backup-20090529-incomplete/make/|
wc -l
77
