Details:

I had a script for uploading my stuff, but it has stopped working and I
cannot find the instructions any more.  It seems GPG doesn't want to sign my
files -- it says there is no secret key.

I'm sure it is documented somewhere, but I read through "User Docs: In Depth
Guide".  I know how to emphasize my text now, but I really want to release my
project.  I looked in "Cookbook", too.  No luck.
