Details:
After setting a tracker item to "Need Info", I did not
get any followup from the originator.
When asking again, and telling I eventually have to close
the tracker, I got an insulting response by private email,
indicating that he apparently did write a reply by email,
but his reply got lost due to the "INVALID.NOREPLY" address
that is used as a From address within a tracker.
I suggest adding a "Reply-To" field that is set to the
mailinglist address the tracker is being sent to anyway.
