No project member is able to commit to the 'lmi' svn
repository. Sample error message:
Transmitting file data ...svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Can't move '/srv/svn/lmi/db/txn-protorevs/4723-3n9.rev' to
'/srv/svn/lmi/db
/revs/4/4724': Permission denied
Perhaps we have the same issue as:
