Anonymous users can retrieve CVS repositories via rsync, following the
instructions at
http://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4168
As far as I can tell, there is no way for anonymous users to rsync Bazaar
repositories (it does work for authenticated
project members via /srv/bzr).
Since `bzr branch' can be slow, it would be nice if
anonymous users could access Bazaar repositories via rsync, in order to get
started more quickly.
