Hi Ali -- (a year and a half after your last post, I know) -- well, issues
shouldn't be closed until they're actually fixed, in principle.
But in this case, it's also open at https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?107529.
We are still awaiting work by the FSF sysadmins. I just pinged them again.
So I'll close this one here as duplicate ...
