I tried to submit a project support item with "can't" in the summary line, and
after a long wait received the message:
<b>Bad Request</b>
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
<hr>
<i>Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at savannah.gnu.org Port 443</i>
When I changed "can't" to "cannot" the submission worked. It looks like
there's a weakness/vulnerability in the CGI processing.
