Hi Sameer -- very sorry for not replying to your question from May 2010 before
this. Also, unfortunately, the answer is no. Web page repositories must be
in CVS at present; this might change in the future, but not soon. As for
issue trackers, their underlying "repository" (really a mysql database, I
believe) is not changeable or available; the web interface is all that's
supported.
