Hi Shailesh,
1. you're right that it's useless for the jobs feature to show "private"
jobs.
2. but it's also useless to create those jobs in the first place. the project
maintainer needs to be educated (either make the job/project public, or delete
the jobs). Thus, savannah's showing of the jobs helps to expose this problem
in the project.
3. Being a GNU package, CLISP should not be private.
