Follow-up Comment #1, sr #107780 (project administration):
In a nutshell, you have the top level branch setup a branch with several
branches (branch-branch?) underneath it. Apparently, loggerhead doesn't like
this much and prefers that you'd have a "root folder" with branches under it.
That said, we could move the current root folder into it's own branch.
