Details:
For example, I just committed ten lines of changes to two
source files of modest size, and it took fourteen minutes:

12:00Z issued the commit command
12:07Z revision accepted by server seven minutes later
12:14Z command completed locally after another seven minutes
Something similar occurred yesterday, too.
