to hundreds (thousands?) of bugs and posts comments.

What about a dedicated captcha for when the post contains a hyperlink
or is in "rich text"?
Sounds like a good idea to me. Ineiev and you and others flagged a
dozen more spams the last couple days, and I'm sure there are plenty
more out there. So we are basically back to where we were before, with
comment-spam happening at will. Clearly the registration captcha has
been defeated. (Asking for "1983" lasted longer!)
