Details:
Please set the `append_revisions_only = True' property for the `elpa' branch
in the Emacs repository. Actually, it should be set for all branches in that
repository by default (and probably all other Bazaar repositories on
Savannah).
Another option is to tell us how we could do it without bothering you.
