Hi Paolo - in general, only the FSF sysadmins can look into ftp upload issues.
No one else can log on to ftp.gnu.org or look at any logs to figure out what
happened and why you didn't receive any kind of reply.
All I can see myself is that you (via email [email protected]) are on the list
of allowed-uploaders for smalltalk, which doesn't help us figure out what went
wrong. Sorry. Please resend your msg to [email protected] ...
