Hello,I am trying to set up a mailing list "bug-apl.gnu.org" for the new GNU project "apl".
The web page "http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Creating-Mailing-Lists.html"; states
that this can be done on Savannah.I read through every "Site Help" on Savannah, but could not find anything related to mailing-lists,
and User Docs: FAQ throws a 404 Page not found. Could you please help? Thank You, Jürgen Sauermann
