The email address registered for that account is the same as the one you
included as the originator email [email protected] and therefore the
password reset should be going to you.
Please check your spam and junk folders. It is possible that the message was
diverted due to anti-spam. The message will come from
[email protected]. If you don't find anything there please comment
again. I will dig further into it then.
