Arnuld - the extremely detailed technical pw information is there
because other users requested it. If it doesn't make sense, ignore it
and just look at the examples.
Why does a user need to know how many classes are for password
characters and how many allowed for how many characters. A simple
"password should be minimum 8 characters long" is enough.
The consensus among the savannah workers is that "8 chars long" is not
sufficient. I have proposed simplifying the rules (although not that
drastically), but there is no consensus that this is desirable.
