The project registration form has 3 questions to which the answser is "no":
All my files include valid copyright notices [1]
All my files include a license header [1] [2]
My tarball includes a copy of the license
This is an attempt to register a project that is currently hosted at Google
code (http://code.google.com/p/raptor-chess-interface/) with a 3-clause BSD
license. However, the files, nor the installers include a copy of the license
(for now)
You want me to lie on the application form?
