Details:
If you try to submit a new support issue against Savannah admin, the list of
categories it gives you to choose from is a bit weird/outdated. Eg it includes
"Arch repositories", but no other VCS. Maybe the list needs an overhaul.
(Does what I choose here even affect anything?
If not, maybe just take away all options.)
