FYI, some basic testing of the "fewer-emails-if-single-commit-pushed" branch
worked fine, so I'm trying it out in
/srv/git/emacs.git/hooks. It's not a huge diff - compare git_multimail.py.OLD
and git_multimail.py.
We'll see how it goes over the next few days, but maybe this is something
everyone would like for the default.
