I want to change the license for my project BLACK
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/black).
I've started it some years ago and kept development on a private server. I
wish to release it soon.
When I started I was planning on using LGPL for everything; now I'm using a
few licenses inside it: plain GPL, GPL with runtime exception, and LGPL. It
will be properly documented.
As both the later are exceptions to the GPL, could someone please change the
project's license to GPLv3?
