I've looked through most of the Savannah menus and can't seem to find anything
that allows me to create a project mail list. I have looked at the FAQ on this
topic, and although it says what to look for, it doesn't say where to find
it.
So. What are the steps in creating project mailing lists. I think that
providing the idiots description would do for me.
