The old 'gluster-devel' mailing lists still exists here:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gluster-devel/
But the last message is from Nov 2014 (when this ticket was opened).
I'm thus assuming there isn't any confusion for gluster users and no one uses
the gnu list any longer.
Closing this ticket.
