according to "Monnand",
Mailing lists->Configure->check Reset List Admin Password->Submit
sends a new password, but it doesn't actually work for logging in to the
mailman admin web interface for the list:
"Authorization failed."
posting here in case someone gets up the energy to look at it. (off-list email
