It's not appearing on the mailman website, but will appear here: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/savannah-hackers-public/2017-10/index.html In short, I find that this specific French mirror (mirror6.layerjet.com) is broken, but all others seem fine. Perhaps we should temporarily remove it from the mirror list until they fix it.
