i changed dmarc_moderation_action (on privacy -> senders) to munge from. that
is the best option mailman offers for handling this. it changes the From:
address to be the list when the sender's domain is a strict dmarc site (like
yahoo.com, yahoo.fr, etc.), but not changing it for others.
https://wiki.list.org/DEV/DMARC discusses the woeful situation.
