When trying to pull from hg.sv.gnu.org/octave over SSH, I'm getting the
following error:

hg pull --verbose ssh://mmuet...@hg.sv.gnu.org/octave/
pulling from ssh://mmuet...@hg.sv.gnu.org/octave/
remote: Server refused our key
no suitable response from remote hg

It was still working approximately 10 hours ago (and I didn't change my
configuration in that time).

Another maintainer (jwe) also reported that he is unable to pull over SSH with
the following error:

remote: Received disconnect from 209.51.188.201 port 22:2: Too many
authentication failures
remote: Disconnected from 209.51.188.201 port 22
abort: no suitable response from remote hg

The web interface (https://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave) is still
responsive.

Did something change with the server configuration? Is there anything we can
do?
