with Octave version 7.1.0 the figure with the modes of a vibrating solid disk
and clammed at the rim are correctly calculated and presented with a script.
That is not the case with Octave version 10.3. It is a truncated
presentation.
That applies to all cases for N and M with n varying (0,.N) and m varying
(1,..M) in the script platevib(N,M, number of points).
See the attached figures with (1,2,100), thus 4 figures in the presentation by
Octave 7.1.0 and that by Octave 10.3.0.
