When there are many different "Submitters" to a Savannah ticket, the contents
of the menu box selecting them are truncated.
When populating the form controls for Savannah's own Support ticket tracker,
for example, the huge number of accumulated submitters makes the menu box
truncate before reaching entries starting with "b". You can't scroll into
them.
This _could_ be a defect in my browser. But I'm guessing hinky JavaScript is
more likely.
Use of a combo box control could be more useful. If the "Web framework"
developers thought of that.
