Found it! (I think.) There is a rule that was matching this.

Which I think the author's intention was 15.0 but matches 150 too.
I changed that to 15.0 and hope that solves the problem.

This should have been exactly the same for both URLs though. That is
the same configuration for both. So no idea why one would be one way
and the other another way.
