Hi Bob,

Those services are on different so far mostly independent systems. If
you send us your address to [email protected] we can

your ISP has been blocked. Won't know until we look.

Everything started working again after a couple of hours.

For info, my current IP is 151.55.27.115 (probably different from yesterday, but same ISP)

The GNU & FSF servers have been under constant attack for months and
months. It has become the new normal. And AI scrapers have created a
massive proxy botnet army that hammers away at the systems endlessly.

AI scrapers are becoming a plague much worse than crawlers. One reason more I dislike this AI hype. I am part of other Open Source projects and we all have more or less similar problems.
It usually affects wikis, CVS/SVN/GIT browsers, bug trackers and such.

I was alarmed that SVN repos were down.

At one point we were blocking 5 million addresses. I think we must
block more. At least one company is proud of their abuse and claims
to have 150 million smart TVs in their proxy pool making it hard to
avoid scraping. They are proud of this. This is the new normal.

Wow, didn't know that, but is perfectly plausible in this scam world who wants to suck everything for profit.

Unfortunately the systems are not broken. It is the world that is
broken. And we do not have the leverage to fix the world.

Currently as it is, I can only agree.
